IT Manager

The IT Manager role includes:

• Running the Database Wizard to create a Knowledgebase.
• Assignment of the IT Manager Role to other Users, but an IT Manager may not create or delete Users.
• Management of the Knowledgebase, but an IT Manager may not view the contents of Knowledgebase Folders or Projects.
